The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications,post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.In ICC, cytoplasmic staining was observed in HeLa cells.Use in immunocytochemistry (PMID: 21545732). and Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (PMID: 26571030). reported in scientific literature.
