细胞凋亡(Apoptosis)是生物体细胞的主动消亡过程,是多细胞有机体调控机体发育、控制细胞衰老、维持内环境稳定的重要机制。细胞凋亡发生过程的启动和进行收到精确调控,具有独特而复杂的信号系统。各种凋亡信号通过信号传导通路传至细胞内,激活靶分子而产生细胞效应,引发细胞凋亡。一般认为,细胞凋亡存在三条主要通路:线粒体通路、内质网通路和死亡受体通路,各通路间相互联系,共同调节细胞凋亡。细胞凋亡的过程大致可以分为以下几个阶段:接受凋亡信号—凋亡调控分子间的相互作用—蛋白水解酶的活化(Caspase)--进入连续反应过程。
